					<description><![CDATA[<p>Les biais cognitifs sont des réflexes cérébraux. Vouloir éliminer les biais, c’est comme vouloir supprimer les réflexes … on n’obtient pas un être plus rationnel, on obtient un être et  une organisation qui se paralysent.</p>
<p>Ces biais cognitifs sont la preuve que chaque acteur de l’entreprise est  humain et que son processus de décision n’est pas « algorythmé » . Qu’il ressent, qu’il appartient, qu’il protège, qu’il s’engage. Ce sont ces mêmes réflexes qui créent la loyauté, la cohésion, la persévérance autant de forces vives de l’organisation. Les biais ne constituent donc pas des défauts à éradiquer et c’est à l’organisation de les intégrer dans son processus décisionnel.</p>
